30-day returns
If the CAVENTO kit is not the right fit, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return condition
Returned items should be unused or lightly inspected, complete with included tools and packaging where possible. Items damaged by misuse or missing major components may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email support@caventotools.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide next steps after reviewing the request.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
